- Venue Set-Up
It is very vital to arrive ealy at the venue specially for the organizer to have time for setting the tables, chairs, Display Timers, etc. But the best practice would be the night before the competition it should be done only if possible.
- Program Officers
This officers which can be the organizers as well will manage the flow of events and venue related issues.
- WCA Delegate Implementations
The Delegate will be needing the organizers help in implementing the WCA Regulations stricly all time. Organizers should take briefing from the delegate early before the competition.
- Officials Briefing
Organizers should brief all officials before competition.
- Competitors Briefing
Organizers should perform a brief demo on what will happen during the competition.
- Warm Ups
Every competitor is allowed to do warm ups at the competition area before competition starts as announced by organizers.
- Peace and Order
There must also be some officials that will see to it that peace and order shall be maintained for everyone's welfare. Order in the sense that spectators/ competitors should not be lurking in the officials tables or at the on deck competitors area. Peace also in the sense of a well contained ambience shall be maintaned so that competitors should have a fair chance in minimal noise.
