- Detailed Proposal
The proposed competition will be detailedly reviewed by PCA Boards.
- WCA Delegate
The availlability of a Delegate is very crucial. That is why it is better if planning starts as early as possible. Once a delegate is availlable from the date proposed you will be advise by a PCA Board outright.
- Display Timers
This is dependent on whom shall go to your competition and willing to carry the displays for the competition. Most likely if it is from Luzon and some part in Visayas and Mindanao it is possible. But bare in mind that Display Timers are not a requirement but it can make the competition look great!
- Approval of Proposal
Once a Delegate is positive, venue is good to go, events are settled, PCA will make a competition page on this website and post it on our forum. Then when all things are done it will be proposed to WCA Board for approval and posting at the WCA site.
